Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Since our products are food items, we ensure proper packaging and handling for freshness before dispatch.

Order Delivery Timeline

Tamil Nadu Deliveries: Estimated 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Other South Indian States (Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Pondicherry): Estimated 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Rest of India: Estimated 5–7 business days after dispatch (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Remote/Northern Regions: Deliveries may take an additional 2–3 business days beyond the standard timeline.

Shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or public holidays are beyond our control. However, we will keep you updated on your order status.

Since food products are perishable, timely delivery is our priority.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹899.

A ₹50 shipping charge applies on orders below ₹899.

Order Tracking & Support

Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us via WhatsApp.

Tracking issues must be reported within 5 days of dispatch.

Important

For any delivery or product-related claims, a 360° unedited parcel opening video (without pause or cut) is mandatory.

Since our products are perishable, replacement or refund is applicable only if damage or incorrect items are proven via the opening video.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address, mobile number, and pincode during checkout to avoid delays.

We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.

Re-shipping charges will apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts.
